How to connect WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp Business is considered a personal messenger in NetHunt CRM, as it has most of the basic functionality of regular WhatsApp accounts.

To connect NetHunt to your WhatsApp Business, go to Chats and click Connect Chat. Select WhatsApp Business:

Connect your WhatsApp Business to NetHunt CRM by following the steps in the instructions:

After completing these steps, your WhatsApp Business account will be successfully connected. You can change the chat name in the messenger settings:

In addition, you can decide which conversations with which contacts you want to save in NetHunt – all, only approved contacts (messages from contacts on the list), or exclude certain contacts:

💡Please note: While the app is still in beta, it may not support all WhatsApp Business features. Give it a try and let us know if you find something missing that is critical to your workflow.

Once you set up the integration, your WhatsApp Business chats will appear in the Chats section (if you have multiple messengers connected):

In this window, you can also filter your conversations by specific criteria—open chats, unanswered, completed, and by the person responsible for the chat:

In addition, here you can mark the chat as read, end the conversation, or delete the conversation:

You can link a contact to an existing record in NetHunt or create a new one:

You can reply directly from NetHunt, basic formatting, hyperlinks, or attachments are also available:

You can also update your chats in bulk. For example, mark as read, unread, end conversation, and delete:

WhatsApp Business chats are also linked to the corresponding record and displayed in the activity history of that record:

Access to messenger

You can configure access to your messenger so that your managers can respond to chats. Here's how it works.

  • Go to messenger settings.

  • Grant your managers or roles in the workspace access to your messenger.

💡Please note: The ℹ️ symbol next to each access level indicates what permissions your managers are granted to perform.

Search by chat rooms

The “Chats” section in NetHunt CRM supports search. You can search for a chat by the following parameters:

  • First and last name,

  • Chat name,

  • Username,

  • Phone number.

💡Please note: You cannot search chats by message parts.
