NetHunt CRM and Worksection Integration

In this article, you'll learn how to connect Worksection to NetHunt CRM and transfer deals to Worksection projects.

NetHunt CRM and Worksection Integration: Turn Deals into Successful Projects

A successful sale is just the beginning. The real work starts when the delivery team takes over. Integrating NetHunt CRM with Worksection lets you automate the handoff from sales to project delivery, eliminating repetitive tasks and reducing errors.

Why Is This Important for Your Business?

Instant Project Kickoff: Automatically create a project or task in Worksection as soon as a deal is marked as won.

Complete Context: The delivery team immediately has access to all relevant order and customer details.

Process Visibility: Sales managers can track project progress directly from NetHunt CRM without leaving the deal record.

Time Tracking: Track how much time is spent on projects and tasks and measure how long it takes to complete a project.

💡 Note: The NetHunt CRM integration is available on all current Worksection plans except the Free plan.

You must have a NetHunt CRM account with the appropriate Administrator permissions.

In Worksection, the integration can be connected only by account owners and administrators with the “Access to account settings” permission.

How to Set Up the Integration

The integration uses a direct connection via API keys. This secure method enables reliable data transfer between NetHunt CRM and Worksection.

  • First, copy your API key from NetHunt CRM:

  • Now, go to Worksection and create an integration with NetHunt CRM. Select your account and click Administration:

  • Go to Integrations, find NetHunt CRM, and enable the integration. Copy the generated API key and enter the email address associated with your NetHunt CRM workspace. Then click Save:

Creating an Automation in Worksection

  • Once the integration has been successfully connected, click Automation:

  • Next, configure the trigger that will start the automation in Worksection. Then, create a task in the selected project, specify the required information, and map the relevant fields from NetHunt CRM to the corresponding Worksection fields.

At this stage, once the task has been successfully completed in Worksection, you can update the corresponding record in NetHunt CRM to indicate that the project has been completed and update any other relevant information.

Click Save:

You can also create additional automations for different folders and triggers to further streamline your workflows.

💡 Note: Worksection does not provide a list of possible values for the selected field. However, the system will suggest values based on the most frequently used entries (deals).

Done! You now have your first automation connecting the two services.

You can add more automations based on different triggers and use cases to further streamline your workflows.
