Sign up for NetHunt

  1. When you sign up for NetHunt on the website, you are redirected to the web application where a workspace is created for you.


   2. You immediately see a Getting started board, where you can  perform quick actions:


Having added the NetHunt extension, you can now go to your Gmail/G Suite account and see the CRM on the left side bar. The extension allows you to work with 100% of NetHunt CRM features, while the web version does not include your inbox.

Left sidebar

Most of NetHunt CRM features can be accessed from the left sidebar. This includes:

You can change the location of these sidebar entries from the Settings.

Inbox

NetHunt CRM helps you manage emails and turn them into the CRM entries called records. For these purposes, most action buttons are placed along with the subject line of the emails in the inbox.

Click on the NetHunt icon to create a record based on the selected email or to add it to the existing records.

Snippets show the value of selected record fields in the subject line of emails. You can hover on the record snippet and perform quick actions or click on it to go to the linked record.

Use the flag icons to turn emails or records into the scheduled follow-up reminders.

The CRM dashboard consists of:

Settings

To access the Settings click on them under your navigation panel. Here you can adjust your preferences, manage folders, views, users, email templates, set up additional settings to the Email Campaign tool, turn on/off Google Contacts Sync, integrate with other applications, browse Trash bin, manage your Account, Workspace and Billing. 

How to disable NetHunt CRM

If you have multiple Gmail accounts open in the browser but want to use NetHunt CRM only with some of them, you can disable NetHunt CRM for other accounts. Open the account you don’t want to use with the CRM, click on the NetHunt icon from the right top corner and toggle off NetHunt.
