If email tracking is not showing the number of openings, you should check the following:

  1. Go to the NetHunt Settings, find the Preferences tab and check if the Tracking options are enabled:

2. If they are enabled, check if when you are composing an email you have them enabled as well:

3. There also can be a case where certain extensions you have block the tracking. You can try by switching off them one by one to spot the tool that is interfering with the open rate tracker.
