Regarding the phone support, there are the following limitations:

  1. Trial - 2 calls/14 days

  2. Basic - 1 call/months

  3. Business - 2 calls/month

  4. Advanced - 5 calls/month

If you require more phone support for you or your team - you can also purchase extra Customer Support package.
