When tracking geolocation with the help of images, we may only receive proxy server’s data, which is used to open an image. This way you get the location of the Google servers. but not the recipient's one.
In order to avoid such misleading information, we don’t display a map in both Gmail and CRM.

Yet, you may get access to user’s geolocation in a different way. The only thing you have to do is include links to your email. As soon as a user opens the link, you’ll be able to receive their geolocation, even if they use Gmail.
