Zapier is a simple solution for complex tasks. In just a few steps, you can integrate almost any service you use every day with NetHunt CRM. Best of all, even if you have little to no knowledge of APIs or programming, you can still achieve the results you're looking for!
💡 Note: Searching for a field value across all records may result in a search timeout, causing the request to fail with an error. To ensure faster processing and more reliable performance, we recommend specifying a particular record instead of searching across all records.
What You Need to Get Started
You need to have a Zapier account or sign up for one. If everything is ready, please go to Settings → Apps & other Integrations → Zapier.
Next, you'll need to authenticate your Zapier account.
You can create a workflow by clicking "Create Workflow":
Alternatively, scroll down and select the integration you want to create:
Let's explore how Zapier works using the Facebook Lead Ads–NetHunt CRM integration as an example.
Select the Facebook Lead Ads–NetHunt CRM integration.
Next, configure the trigger for your automation. First, you'll need to authenticate your Facebook Lead Ads account:
Once you've successfully authenticated your account, click "Continue:"
In the next step, select your Facebook Page and lead form, then click "Continue:"
Next, run a test and verify that the integration is working correctly:
The next step is creating a record in NetHunt CRM. Select the "Create Record" action (you can choose any other available action in this section). Since you connected through your workspace, your NetHunt account has already been authenticated.
At this step, you need to match the fields from your Facebook Lead Ads form with the corresponding fields available in NetHunt CRM.
Run a test and publish your automation:
Congratulations! You have successfully set up this automation, and you can now start checking newly created customer records.
