Connecting your personal Viber account with NetHunt CRM helps you keep all customer conversations organized and accessible in one place. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the setup process step by step so you can start managing your Viber communication directly from the CRM.
💡Due to Viber’s API limitations, connecting a personal Viber account to the CRM requires using the E-chat service. If you don’t have an
E-chat account yet, you’ll need to register and subscribe before proceeding (they offer a 7-day free trial).
Connecting Viber to E-chat
After signing up for E-chat, click "Connect Viber account", enter your phone number, and choose NetHunt CRM:
Scan the QR code and follow the instructions:
As soon as you connect your Viber account to E-chat, you'll receive a confirmation message:
Go to messengers and copy the API key:
Connecting Viber to NetHunt
To link your NetHunt account to Viber, go to Settings>Chats>tap Connect chat. Select the relevant chat from the list:
Enter the phone number and the API key in the relevant fields:
Voilà! Once your personal Viber account is connected to NetHunt CRM, you’ll be able to manage customer conversations more efficiently without switching between platforms.
