Signing up and logging in to NetHunt CRM with a username and password

Previously, a Google account was required to use NetHunt CRM. We listened to your feedback and made the system accessible to everyone! Now you can create an account using any email address (Outlook, iCloud, corporate domains, etc.) and your own password.

How to register using your email and password

If you’re a new user and want to start using NetHunt CRM without a connection to Google:

  • Go to the NetHunt CRM page and click “Try for free.” or use this direct link.

  • Select “Sign up” and enter your non-Gmail email address.

  • Create and enter a strong password.

  • Click “Continue.”

  • Check your email inbox—we’ll send you a registration confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your profile.

Welcome! You now have your own account, which is registered with an email address other than Gmail.

💡Please note: If you’re not using Gmail, some features will be limited. Review this list before getting started:

  1. Not available: the Gmail extension and all email-related features.

  2. Not available: export to Google Sheets; only CSV downloads are supported.

  3. No — reports in a filtered folder and export to Google Sheets.

  4. No — ability to create a calendar event.

  5. No — ability to add files to the activity history from Google Drive.

  6. No — synchronization with Google Contacts.

  7. No — workflow step to generate a PDF file.

  8. No — workflow "Send email" step.

  9. No — integration with Looker Studio.

  10. No — ability to log in to the mobile app.

How to log in to an existing workspace

If you've already registered with a username and password:

  • On the login page, enter your email address and password.

  • Click Log In.

What should you do if you forget your password?

💡Note: If you enter an incorrect password three times, your account will be locked, and it will be unlocked after one hour. You can change your password, and the lock will be immediately removed.

Perhaps you created a password but forgot to save it. There’s a solution for that too—here’s what you need to do:

  • Click “Forgot your password?”

  • Please enter the non-Gmail email address you used to create your account.

  • Then click “Send reset link.”

  • Create a new password and keep it to yourself.

  • Then select Continue.

Congratulations! You've created a new password and can now log in to your account.

You can also change your password directly from your account.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Go to Settings.

  • Then select Account Management.

  • Select Password and click “Change Password.”

Can I change my profile photo and name?

Of course, you can add a photo, change your photo, or delete it. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Go to Settings.

  • Then go to Account Management.

  • Tap your photo and select an action.


To change your first and last name, enter this information in these fields and save your changes.

💡Note: This feature is also available to Gmail users if you want to change the display in the workspace rather than use Google.

What’s available to “non-Gmail” users

After logging in, you get full access to all CRM tools for sales and customer management:

  • Structure settings: Create folders, fields, and customize customer cards to fit your business.

  • Sales funnels: Visualize the customer journey on a funnel or Kanban board.

  • Collaboration: Add colleagues to your team (they can also choose to log in with a username and password or via Gmail).

  • Automation: Set up automated tasks, stage changes, and notifications.

  • Reports: Analyze your team’s performance.
