You'd like to forecast how much money you're about to make? This guide can really help you take decisions accurately.
Create the fields
1) The deal's value or amount which is best to have ion a currency format;
2) The probability of that deal - percentage format;
3) And the forecast itself which would be a formula since it is taking the two previous values:
After you create the first two, you need to create the last one using the formula field and multiply the first two values (type in the exact field names in the formula as it is shown in the example below the field) :
Create the card view
Then, customize the card layout so that you can see the sales forecast for each of your deals in the pipeline:
Select the formula field with your forecast:
Now in your stages you should be able to visualize the forecast for each deal as well as the summary for each stage:
