How to connect your personal WhatsApp account

  1. In order to connect NetHunt with your personal WhatsApp, please go to Settings - Chats - hit Connect chat:

2. Pick WhatsApp (Personal) from the list:

3. Connect your personal WhatsApp account to NetHunt CRM by following the steps in the instruction:

4. Once you've completed those steps, your WhatsApp account is successfully connected:

In the chat settings you can change your channel name:

Also, you can decide which contacts conversations you want to save in NetHunt - all of them, only approved contacts (messages from the listed contacts), or exclude some contacts:

Important note: if you have several users in the workspace, you can connect their multiple WhatsApp accounts to NetHunt.

How to work with WhatsApp - NetHunt integration

Once you've configured the integration, your WhatsApp chats will appear under the relevant section of Chats (if you have multiple messengers connected):

In this view you can also filter your conversations by certain criteria - all conversations, assigned to yourself, not replied, replied, unassigned:

Apart from this, you can close or delete a conversation from here:

You can link a chat to a record in NetHunt or create a new one:

You can reply directly from NetHunt, basic formatting, hyperlinks or file attachments are also available:

Please note, as long as you we are working with personal WhatsApp, only the person who owns this WhatsApp account can respond. Other users will have the following notification displayed:

WhatsApp chats are also being linked to the relevant record and appear on the record timeline:

Group chats

Except from personal WhatsApp conversations, NetHunt call also capture group chats:

If you don't need all of the private/group chats to appear in NetHunt, you can choose the once that you need in WhatsApp integration settings:
