NetHunt CRM integrates seamlessly with your Gmail inbox, giving you a powerful CRM right inside the email client you use every day. Once the NetHunt extension is installed, you’ll see the CRM’s navigation panel on the left-hand side of your Gmail, just like in the screenshot:

How to add NetHunt CRM to Gmail in Chrome

To get the full benefit of NetHunt CRM inside your Gmail, you need to install the NetHunt CRM extension in Google Chrome. Here’s how to do it step by step:

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store: Follow this link to access the NetHunt CRM extension in the Chrome Web Store.

  2. Click "Add to Chrome": Once on the page, click the blue "Add to Chrome" button. This will start the installation process:

  3. Confirm Installation: A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the installation.

  4. Click "Add extension" to proceed.

After the installation is complete, you’ll be automatically redirected to the NetHunt CRM web application, where you can manage all your CRM data separately from Gmail:


If you prefer to start using NetHunt within Gmail, simply open Gmail in your browser. The NetHunt CRM icon will appear in the left-hand sidebar, and if prompted, log in with your credentials to start using the CRM features inside Gmail:


How to locate your workspace in Gmail

When you open your Gmail, you can allocate your workspace either:

  1. Before your Inbox:

  2. After your Inbox:

To change its location, go to the NetHunt Settings, find tab Preferences, and choose the preferred option:


Troubleshooting

  • If you don’t see the NetHunt icon in your Gmail sidebar after installation, try refreshing the page.

  • Check the extension's settings: find the NetHunt CRM for Gmail extension in the "Extensions" section and ensure it is configured as shown in the provided screenshot:

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.
