NetHunt integration with Instagram allows you to connect your Instagram account to NetHunt and communicate with customers without leaving the CRM. If the integration is not set up yet, please use this article to configure it.
Let's take a look at the main features in terms of this integration. If someone leaves you a new comment under the post or sends a message in Instagram Direct, or reacts to your stories, a new chat will be created in NetHunt CRM:

If the contact is contacting you for the first time, you can quickly create it and save the necessary information in NetHunt CRM:
⚠️ If a client leaves a comment or has a private profile, Facebook's API does not share their username or profile picture. However, if a client sends you a direct message, their name and profile photo should be accessible in NetHunt.
In the chat, you can see the message sent to you on Instagram and reply to it. You are also able to receive or send back files or images:
⚠️ Instagram's API permits replies to comments only within a 24-hour window. If a response is not sent within this timeframe, the option to reply to the comment through NetHunt will no longer be available.

Conversations that have been completed are archived and are not displayed in the general list. In order to check them, click this button:
In this section you can also filter your conversations by certain criteria across one messenger of all of them - all conversations, assigned to yourself, not replied, replied, unassigned:
