1. Go to settings - Chat - Click "Connect to chat" - Choose Telegram (Bot)
2. Enter the API token of your bot. If you don't have one yet you can use the guide How to create a Telegram Bot and use it to post on Telegram channels
3. Once done you will get the Telegram chat added where new messages will appear:
4. And we've got a new message: You can see a number under Chats for not replied chats, as well as status in the middle.
5. You can reply directly from NetHunt, basic formatting and hyperlinks are also available:
6. Once you answer the message, chat status gets changed to Replied, also the responder's user logo appears on the right:
7. You can link a contact to a record in NetHunt or create a new one, please ensure that you don't have such contact within the system already in order to avoid duplicates:
