This tool allows you to effortlessly restore records to their original state by undoing specific mass actions.
Let's dive into how you can use this nifty feature!
Supported Rollback Actions
Mass Update Rollback: Ever wished you could turn back time on those bulk updates? Now you can! This feature lets you restore the mass updated fields to their previous state without affecting manually edited fields.
CSV Import Rollback: Say goodbye to import-related headaches! With this feature, you can delete records created and roll back updates made to existing records during a CSV import.
Please keep in mind that the Rollback option can't help you undo mass deletes or merges just yet!
How to Use the Rollback Option
Once you Mass Update Records or create a CSV import, all these actions will be stored in Settings > Tools > Rollback. You can clearly see the Date, Time and Name of the action, and the Folder you made the action in.
Now all you have to do is click here:
A warning message will pop up with the information on what action was made, which fields were changed etc. If you are sure that you want the Rollback to happen, just click the "Rollback" button.
Wait for the Rollback to process, and when it is done, you will see when and who reverted the action.
And there you have it! The Rollback option is your trusty sidekick for undoing specific mass actions and keeping your data in tip-top shape.
