Many apps nowadays support webhooks. In short words this is a URL that is used for getting information from or to another system.
If you are using for example a third party software for your forms, you can set up a webhook event in the automation workflow to automate certain actions such as creating a record after that form is submitted. In order to get the webhook URL, follow these easy steps:

3. Most of the apps would allow you to send a test webhook. After you send the test request, click on "Refresh fields". That would allow you to see the information coming from the webhook event:
4. From here you can further decide what to do with the information. For example, you can create a record in a specified folder and fill the folder fields with the information coming from a form:
