The folder structure (set of fields) can be fully customized in the folder Settings.
You can access them right from the:
- Workspace menu:
- Folder dashboard (both in the web application and your Gmail):
- Left side-bar menu:
- From the list view:
- Right from the email with the record linked to it:
When you finally get to the Settings, you need will be able to customize each folder in your workspace and create new ones. Follow the Part 2 guide to learn more.
