When you need to automate emails to be send to your clients in the CRM, you can set-up a simple zap. It can trigger any action in the system.
Here, we will set up a zap sending an automated email to your client when a record's stage changes from one value to another.
All you need is to set a trigger: a field update (e.g. Stage) and an action: Gmail to send a template to your client.
Set a trigger: NetHunt>New or Updated Record>choose the folder with records to be triggered (e.g. Deals)>choose a field to trigger (Stage):
Add the second step: Filter by Zapier>Select filter set-up>Only continue if>Stage:Completely matches> e.g. Won
Set an action>Gmail>Send email>Customize email: Fill out all the necessary fields:
