NetHunt has an integration with Google Looker Studio (ex-Data Studio) which is a very powerful tool that allows you many options such as visualizing your sales forecast.
First, we are going to create a table with the information and then we will plot the forecast, deal amount, and deal count using a linear regression model.
1. Create the connection:
2. Select the workspace:
3. Select the folder and click "Connect":
4. Select the fields you would like to retrieve the information from:
5. Now you need to create the table by clicking on adding chart and selecting the kind of table you would like to have:
6. Choose the dimensions in this case the "Closing date" or the field that represents it in your folder. Add the information that you would like to have in the table, in this example the number of upcoming deals and the money that they represent. Set the aggregation for the two plots, e.g. for the number of deals we chose "CT" standing for the count, and "SUM" standing for a summary in the case of the forecast:
7. You can summarize the row at the bottom of your table by ticking the checkbox and sorting the deals according to the closing date:
8. You can set up a date range control in order to exclude certain closing dates, for example those that have passed or those for example which are closing in the next six months:
9. You might also like to exclude your deals that are either "won" or "lost" since technically they are not part of the forecast as they have been decided already. Apply the filter to the desired figures and tables:

11. In order to create a graph, you need to add a new chart and select the type, in this case, we are going for a line chart:
12. Now you need to select the plots that you would like to have in your graph and how you would like to sort them. In this example we have chosen to represent the Forecast, Deal amount and Number of deals according to the closing date:
13. For each plot you can define certain parameters such as the style either line or bars, the color of the plot, the points of the coordinates, show the data points, cumulative data, allocate an additional axis to the right, and smooth the line:
14. As for the axis you have the option of showing the title and selecting both the starting and end points:
15. By the end your graph should look similar to this:
After you create and polish your report and your graphs, you can share it with people outside your workspace:
