We’re here to help! If you need assistance with NetHunt CRM, there are several ways to get in touch with our Customer Success team:

  • Email: Send us an email at support@nethunt.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Online Chat: You can chat with us directly through the website or within the NetHunt CRM web version for quick support:

  • User Community: Join our User Community to ask questions and get advice from other users and our team.

  • Book an Assistance Call: Schedule a call with our team using Calendly.

Phone Support Availability

We offer phone support based on your subscription plan:

  • Trial period: 2 calls per 14 days.

  • Basic: No phone support.

  • Basic Plus: No phone support.

  • Business: No phone support.

  • Business Plus: 1 call per month.

  • Advanced: 3 calls per month.

If you require more phone support for you or your team - you can also purchase extra: Customer Support package.
