Connect enrichment services to search for additional data on your Leads. Now we have supported integrations with:
With their help, if a Contact has a First Name, Last Name, and Company Name, it is possible to find the Contact's email address:
⚠️ Data enrichment is available with an active subscription to integrated services (Apollo or Hunter)
In Settings > Data Enrichment, upon connecting to one of the available enrichment services, you will see the Data enrichment rules:
Currently, we support Find an email address enrichment rule.
When you click on Manage, you have an option to customize in which order the services will search for the email address once prompted:
✅ Meaning that if you connect more than one service, you can choose the preferred one to search first and the second will be as backup in case no results are rendered. This way, you can customize the automatic enrichment according to your experience with a particular tool.
There are two cases in which the enrichment is triggered.
1. Manual enrichment:
Let's say you have an existing contact record without an email address. You can see the 🪄Find email button in the empty field:
When clicked, it will search for the email, and if it finds it, it will save it in the field and mark it in the timeline:
If some data is missing for the search (e.g., no company name), it will indicate this in the error:
2. Automatic enrichment
Let's say you manually created a Contact or saved it from email or LinkedIn. The enrichment initializes instantly upon creation and works the same way as the manual option:
Automatic enrichment can be disabled in the Enrichment rule:
⚠️ The Enrichment rules react to the mapping of your Data types, hence it is important to set up Data types before proceeding with the Enrichment of your Contacts.
