NetHunt CRM Mobile App Review: Sales and Communications Management in the Palm of Your Hand
Modern business never stands still, and you don’t have to be tied to your desk to close deals or respond to clients. The NetHunt CRM mobile app is a full-fledged workspace right on your smartphone, ensuring maximum speed and quality in lead management, no matter where you are.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the main features of the mobile version and show you how to complete your daily tasks in a matter of seconds.
Key Benefits of the Mobile App
Responsiveness: Reply to messages in chat apps and make calls with a single click.
Full Control: Create contacts, edit fields, and view your complete interaction history on the go.
Multi-Account Support: Easily switch between different work profiles.
Using the Control Panel and Switching Accounts
When you open the app, you'll be taken to the main tab, which is called Workspace:
This section contains your selected folders and quick sections: Tasks and Chats.
💡Please note: If you're working on multiple projects or have different work profiles, you can switch between them instantly. Just click on the avatar in the upper-right corner and select the account you want from the menu:
Creating and Editing Records
Did you meet a potential client at a conference or receive a call while on the go? Add them to the CRM right away:
Go to the Contacts tab on the bottom bar.
Click the purple button with the plus sign and the pencil icon to open the “Create New Entry” window. Or you can scan a business card; for more information, follow this link.
Enter your first name and last name, assign a person in charge, and specify the company. You can also toggle the general information and display all available fields in the folder.
If you need to edit an existing card, simply open the card and change any field: Status, Position, Comment, etc.
One-Click Communication with Clients
No more copying phone numbers. In NetHunt CRM, communication is fully integrated:
The app will offer you a choice of actions:
Call via the mobile network.
Open a chat directly in Viber, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
This allows you to respond to a client’s request immediately and log the inquiry.
Setting Tasks and Tracking Deals with Budgets
In the mobile app, you can create deals for different stages of the sales funnel, set budgets, and plan next steps so that no lead “goes cold.”
To create a new task:
Tap the Create Task button.
Fill in the required information.
Link the task to the appropriate contact (if you’re not creating it from the client’s profile) and save it.
Viewing Activity History: Events and Filters
You don’t need to remember what you discussed with a client last week. Go to the Events tab within the contact card.
Here you’ll see the entire timeline:
When and who updated fields (for example, a change to a phone number or a comment).
A history of added comments and system notifications.
You can use Filters to filter out unnecessary information and view, for example, only your call history or only comments.
Views, Searching, and Filtering Records
To quickly find the customers you need among hundreds of others, go to the Contacts tab on the bottom bar. The mobile app gives you complete freedom to organize your lists:
Working with Views: At the top of the screen, you can switch between saved record views.
Quick Search: Need to find a specific person in a second? Click the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and enter the client's name, company, or phone number.
Filtering and Sorting: Next to the search bar is a button for configuring list filters. It allows you to sort contacts by the criteria you need so that only the entries that require your attention right now remain on the screen.
Each card in the list already includes key tags for quick viewing: job title, current status, contact type, assigned manager, phone number, and email.
All Messengers in One App
When clients message through different messengers, it’s easy for a manager to miss a message or lose track of the conversation’s context. The NetHunt CRM mobile app brings all your communication channels together in a single window. Read messages from Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, or other connected messaging apps, reply to customers in seconds, and save the entire conversation history right on your smartphone. All incoming messages from integrated messaging apps are consolidated into a single workspace.
Open the NetHunt CRM mobile app.
On the main dashboard, find and tap the Chats icon.
You’ll see a complete list of current conversations from all communication channels. New and unread messages are always highlighted at the top so you can handle them as quickly as possible.
Grouping by chat status
You can switch between three statuses for your chats:
Open. This shows all open chats with customers.
Unread. A customer has messaged you, but you haven’t replied yet.
Closed
Actions available for chats
By tapping the three dots next to a chat, you can perform the following actions:
Mark read/unread. If you do not need to reply to it.
Mute. You will not receive notifications for this specific chat.
Go to record. You can go directly from the chat to the customer’s profile.
Linked records. You can view related records or link another record to the chat.
Assignees. You’ll be able to view who is responsible for the chat and edit this information.
End the conversation. The chat will be moved to the ‘Closed’ section.
Leave the conversation. Remove yourself as the chat administrator.
Delete. The conversation will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Quick replies and viewing chat history
When you open any conversation in the “Chats” section, you can:
Type replies, send files, or send photos.
See which messaging app the person is using.
Scroll up in the chat to instantly view previous text messages and get the context of the conversation before sending a reply.
Monitoring Communication via the Client Activity History
One of the main advantages of NetHunt CRM is that communication isn’t confined to the chats section. It’s synchronized across the entire system.
If you open a specific client’s card and go to the Events tab, you’ll see the full picture of your interactions, including system notifications about chat links or contact information updates.
The NetHunt CRM mobile app ensures that your sales team remains flexible and responsive. Creating deals, tracking tasks, responding instantly in chats, and viewing up-to-date activity history - all of this is available right in your pocket 24/7.
