Imagine you are at a conference, forum, or business event, and some hot lead gives you their business card. Your sales team is working, and for them to quickly reach out, you can open the NetHunt mobile app and scan the card on the go!
For that, you will need to do these simple steps:
Go into your mobile app and select the Contacts Folder > Click on the "+" icon here:
You will see 2 options: to fill out the information manually, or scan the card > Click on the "scanning" icon here:
Place the card in the box, it should locate it automatically, but if not, you can click on the "check" icon here:
Check the data that has been scanned and click on the "check" icon once again so that the information is saved:
!Voilà! You have added a new Contact to your Workspace!
