Once you set up email auto-linking in NetHunt (check out this article for details), all future emails you send and receive will automatically be linked to the right records - easy peasy!
What about old emails? They can’t be linked automatically as it may crush the servers (imagine you have 50 users and each of them has a long history of client communication that should be linked).
But don’t worry, you can still link old emails manually. Just search for the client’s email address, select the emails you want, and bulk link them to the right record in just a few clicks:
