When you receive an email and it is linked to a Contact record you can quickly get in touch with your client.
Normally, you keep the email, phone number, Linkedin, Facebook or Twitter fields in your Contact profiles.
When you receive an email from your client, you can:
- hover your mouse over its record linked to the email;
- click on the relevant icon and perform a call, start composing an email, go to a social medial profile:
The same things concern the related records on the record profiles.
Let's take a Deal record having a related Company record this deal belongs to. You hover your mouse over the Company record and also see the quick links to the clickable fields (website, Linkedin, Address leading you to Google maps etc):
This speeds up your interactions with people you work with.
