How to unlink records from emails

Keep your records Timeline clean

Sometimes, it's important to unlink specific records from emails to ensure that only relevant information remains on the record's timeline.

Here are several ways you can do this:

  • Unlink it from the general inbox – click on the record snippet you want to unlink, then click the three-dot button in the top right corner and select "Unlink."

  • Unlink the record from inside the email – open the email or email thread, click the three-dot button in the top right corner of the record, and select "Unlink."

  • Unlink the record from the Timeline – simply go to the record and click the "Unlink" button:
