NetHunt autolinks the emails to records (if the contacts are found in your database). If you want to exclude some communication to be linked to records (e.g. the CEO never wants to have their emails with clients linked to the profiles for other users to read or you want to exclude invoices to be linked coming from a generic email address):
Go to the workspace Settings>Workspace management
Enter email(s) in the "Exclude emails from auto-linking and add and save the settings.
All the emails containing this address in the To/From/CC will not be linked to the records even if there is more than one recipient.
On top of that, you can also exclude certain domains from linking. The logic is pretty simple: our system checks all e-mails in the To/From/CC, and if there is a single e-mail with such a domain, it won't be linked. So be sure you're not adding your personal domain to the list of the excluded ones, otherwise, the auto-linking won't be working for you as well.
Note: you can manually link the email to a record. All the replies going to the manually linked thread will be also linked to the record. All future emails will remain unlinked unless you link them manually.
