Did it happen to you that your contact unsubscribed by mistake and is williling to receive your email blasts? No worries, there is a simple way to re-subscribe!
Open the contact record. You will see that the email icon will be marked red:
2. Simply click on the email address and press "Subscribe":
3. Voila! Email address is back to grey, meaning it is back to Subscribed status!
