While working with the CRM, sooner or later you find yourself looking for the ability to track various kinds of stats across your database.
In NetHunt we give you an option to track multiple statistics for the records.
So let's take a look at those one by one.
Where to add the Statistics field
In order to add Statistics field, go to Settings - Folder and field management - pick the folder where you need it - Add Field - pick Statistics from the available options:
Statistics field has a set of system fields:
Time since field update - field which monitors how long a record has not been updated.
Date of field update - field that shows when was the last time a specific field was updated.
Sender of first email - indicates the name of the user that send the first linked email.
First email date - indicates the date of the first email (sent/received included).
First email received - the date of the first email received.
First email sent - the date of the first email sent.
Total emails received - the number of all the received linked emails to the record.
Last email received - the date of the last email received.
Last email open count - shows how many times the last email sent was opened.
Last email sent - the date of the last email sent.
Email open count - shows the total number of opens across the emails.
Links click count - shows the total number of clicked links across the emails.
As for the Email open count and Links click count, you can customize the field to show clicks in regular/campaigns/workflow emails or across all:
Total emails sent - the number of all the sent linked emails to the record.
Total emails - the number of all the sent/received linked emails to the record.
Total threads - the number of all the linked threads to the record.
Last calendar event added - the date of the last calendar event.
Last call log added - the date of the last call log added.
Last comment added - the date of the last comment added.
Last file added - the date of the last file uploaded.
Total calendar events - the number of all events created.
Total call logs - the number of all call logs added.
Total comments - the number of all comments added.
Total files - the number of all files uploaded.
Last Interaction Field - displays the time of the last interaction in the record, e.g. comment added, file attached, an event created, email sent/received.
Important: when you add a new stat field, it will be automatically populated with historical data, meaning no need to wait for a new event to happen to get the results.
