Why does NetHunt need permissions to my Google account?
If you'd like to experience NetHunt CRM in its full, you need to grant it permission to your Google accounts. This is necessary to provide you with all possible features and integrations in the system.
Basic profile data: The system has to view such data as email address, full name of the user, and their profile picture to upload this information to your team's Workspace. This way you will be able to see who of your teammates is responsible for particular deals, assign them different roles, and manage permissions.
Emails: NetHunt needs access to view and manage your emails metadata in order to improve your experience with the system. All primary features of NetHunt CRM are connected with email management. These permissions affect Email Campaigns, Workflow email sequences and most importantly our Gmail extension and the option to link records to your emails.
Calendars: NetHunt is integrated with some of the G Suite apps, including Google Calendars. Thus, it needs a permission to view and manage your calendar to integrate this feature into the CRM, allow you to create new events right from your deal records, etc.
Google Drive files: This is another integration with G Suite apps, which allows you to attach files to your records (through drag and drop). Meanwhile, these files are automatically uploaded to your Google Drive in the related folder. For that reason, the system needs access to file's metadata (type, name, etc.).

How to revoke Account permissions
When starting your NetHunt journey, you allow all the permissions above, since those are crucial to get to know the system as well as all the useful features it provides. But if in the long run you decide that you do not need certain integrations such as Google Contacts or Google Drive, you always have an option to revoke these permissions.
Here are the needed steps:
1. Click on Manage your Google Account:
2. Security > Your connections to 3rd-party apps & services > See all connections:
3. Find NetHunt CRM > "See details" on the access NetHunt has to your Google Account:
4. Click on "Remove access":
⚠️ Once you do that, ALL account permissions will be revoked. You might also need to re-sign in to your Workspace.
Thus, in order to not disrupt your flow, such as Workflow email sequences, Email campaigns, automatic email linking or Google Contacts synchronization, please make sure to sign in to your Workspace, and Allow all the permissions you consider necessary.
